Senior Manager, Project Management | The Points Guy

The Points Guy is a part of Red Ventures, a global portfolio of high-growth companies. The Senior Manager of Project Management leads the PMO function, ensuring consistent planning, delivery, and execution across product teams while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor project/program managers supporting cross-functional product teams
• Own delivery operations, including quarterly planning, roadmap intake, risk management, and reporting
• Ensure consistent processes across pods while enabling flexibility where justified
• Partner with the Senior Director of Product Management to maintain predictable execution and visibility
• Work with Engineering and Design to surface resource or dependency risks early
• Maintain program dashboards, delivery KPIs, and leadership reporting
• Improve processes, communication flows, and operating models to increase organizational velocity

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in project management
• Experience supporting product and engineering teams within an agile environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously
