They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive the execution of a large-scale, integrated annual marketing campaign for a high-growth financial services product, coordinating teams and managing timelines for seamless execution.
Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level campaign strategy (provided by client leadership) into executable workstreams, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage day-to-day execution of large-scale, multi-funnel marketing campaigns (Brand, Growth, and Content Marketing) across creative, content, media, analytics, and partner marketing
- Own project plans, timelines, production schedules, content calendars, and approval processes to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to drive asset production and activation readiness
- Serve as the operational hub across internal teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely feedback loops
- Facilitate seamless handoffs between creative, media, product, analytics, and partner teams
- Maintain documentation, briefs, trackers, and meeting cadences to ensure accountability and alignment
- Provide consistent status updates to stakeholders on timelines, risks, progress, and decision points
- Support executive-level reporting by preparing summaries, dashboards, and milestone recaps
- Proactively identify and escalate risks or barriers and work cross-functionally to resolve issues impacting delivery
- Partner with analytics teams to pull KPIs, synthesize insights, and summarize campaign performance
- Identify optimization opportunities and coordinate adjustments across teams as needed
- Support the development of performance reporting for senior leadership
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partner teams to ensure timely development and delivery of campaign assets
- Ensure all deliverables align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and partner requirements
- Provide feedback, quality control, and direction to maintain consistency across channels
Requirements:
- 6–9+ years of experience in integrated marketing or campaign program management across the full marketing funnel
- Experience marketing the payroll card or similar prepaid debit, payroll-linked, or earned wage access fintech products, ideally in partnership with enterprise clients
- Experience marketing to a range of audiences, including B2B, B2B2C, and B2C
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-channel marketing programs in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage timelines, approvals, and cross-functional workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with comfort preparing leadership-ready updates and summaries
- Experience in enterprise environments; FinTech, HR tech, B2B SaaS, or financial services experience is a plus
- Analytical capability to interpret KPIs and partner effectively with analytics teams
