They are seeking a Senior Manager for their Support organization to deliver post-sales support, resolve customer inquiries, and manage customer relationships while ensuring departmental objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
- Database and SQL Performance Tuning
- Troubleshooting with AWR/ASH/ADDM, OEM, and SQLT
- Programming experience in SQL
- Database install, upgrade, and migration
- High Availability experience with Dataguard, RAC, Grid Control, and RMAN
- Designing, building, and Upgrading Oracle Managing Database High Available Systems
- Shell scripting, Unix and Linux system administration, including TCP layer
- Database Solution designing and Data Center Assessment
- Database Transition and Transformation Solution Designing; and
- Database Consolidation and Virtualization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Support Snr Manager-related occupation
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of work experience
- Database and SQL Performance Tuning
