Morae Global Corporation is a dynamic organization providing solutions for corporate law departments and law firms. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Intake and Case Management system implementation using Litera Foundation 365, overseeing planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for an Intake / Case Management implementation built on Litera Foundation 365
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and workstreams
- Monitor and control project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitate daily/weekly standups, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure project artifacts (charters, requirements, solution designs, UAT plans, cutover plans) are created and maintained
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements for intake workflows, case lifecycle management, automation, document management, and reporting
- Translate business needs into structured specifications and acceptance criteria
- Support creation of workflow designs, intake forms, case templates, automated processes, and integration requirements
- Serve as primary liaison between organizational stakeholders, Litera, and technology partners
- Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, and scope expectations
- Communicate effectively across business units, technical teams, and leadership
- Coordinate configuration, testing, UAT cycles, data migration tasks, documentation, and deployment activities
- Oversee change management activities, including training planning, communications, and rollout strategy
- Ensure smooth transition to operations and post-launch stabilization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional project management experience delivering technology or workflow automation projects
- Direct experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, and security/governance principles
- Experience implementing or managing case management, intake, workflow, or matter management systems
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and enterprise-level change management
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or comparable certification preferred
- Hands-on familiarity with Litera Foundation 365, Litera Workflow, or other enterprise workflow and automation platforms
- Experience in the legal industry, professional services, government, or internal service organizations
- Experience delivering multi-phase application rollouts with integrations, data cleansing, and user adoption planning
