Mogi I/O is one of the top 5 largest staffing companies in the US, currently in strong growth mode, seeking a highly driven Account Executive to join its sales team. The role involves driving Hospital and Ambulatory sales, strategic planning, and marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute national sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Drive weekly sales activities and achieve assigned performance metrics and revenue goals
- Develop and execute direct sales pursuit plans targeting approved accounts
- Generate new sales opportunities and contract leads through high-volume outbound calls and multi-touch marketing campaigns
- Sell staffing and workforce solutions including Nursing, Allied, Locums, Revenue Cycle, MSP, and Technology services
- Create and manage contracts through full execution and client activation
- Collaborate with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment and service delivery
- Engage fulfillment recruiters on requisition fills and oversee service performance
- Maintain and oversee client relationships post-contract execution
- Market services to hospital Directors, Managers, CFOs, HR leaders, Procurement teams, and other healthcare decision-makers
- Provide industry insights, real-time reporting, and data-driven recommendations to clients
- Consult stakeholders on the benefits of outsourced acute staffing solutions
- Stay updated on healthcare staffing industry trends and market developments
- Model company philosophy of customer service, ethics, and compliance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (Healthcare or Staffing industry preferred)
- Proven ability to generate new business and close contracts
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities (verbal and written)
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong understanding of customer service standards and compliance practices
