WuXi Biologics is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sr./Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital events and marketing automation channels. This role will drive market engagement, demand generation, and lead conversion through nurture marketing and digital events, primarily focusing on NA/EU regional programs.
Responsibilities:
- Platform owner for EDM stack (Pardot/Hubspot + SFDC) including deliverability, segmentation, consent & preference management
- Oversee development our global marketing automation platform, ensuring high deliverability, personalization, and conversion rates to accelerate business growth
- Ensure EDM program continuity leveraging 3rd party vendors and internal teams for support on execution and amplification
- Work across the organization to align content plans to meet business objectives
- Develop playbooks & guardrails for APAC/ROW regions
- Leads end-to-end digital event journeys, and nurture programs, to improve MQL – SQL conversion and deal velocity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and execute digital events that are relevant, accurate, innovative, and achieve the objectives
- Work with global marketing, BPs, BUs and BD for program and content planning
- Monitor and analyze performance to evolve the program
- Co-own attribution and dashboards (engagement, MQL-SQL, influenced pipeline, velocity, ROI)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business or life sciences
- At least 5 years of experience in digital/content marketing, marketing automation/MarTech, technical marketing or related
- Direct experience with best practices in nurture marketing/Marketing Automation programs
- Global experience or experience working with international teams
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles, long-cycle deal conversion and account-based marketing
- Proven track record of involvement developing and executing successful business strategies that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement and/or lead gen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective with multi-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven to inform strategy and execution
- Ability to perform in a diverse corporate culture and matrixed global organization
- MBA/Master's a plus
- A degree in bioscience or equivalent experience is greatly preferred
- Knowledge of or experience in the biopharmaceutical / drug development industry is preferred
