Aledade, Inc. is a public benefit corporation focused on empowering independent primary care. The Sr. Field Marketing Manager will oversee the field marketing team, manage budgets, and develop marketing strategies to support organizational goals while ensuring campaign consistency across regions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the field marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
- Develop and implement a cohesive field marketing strategy that supports Aledade’s overall LUM goals ensuring alignment of field marketing campaigns with brand strategy and market needs
- Ensure the consistency and quality of marketing campaigns, messaging, and events across diverse regions
- Develop, manage, and oversee the allocation of the field marketing budget across regions and key priority states
- Work closely with Network Development, and other departments to develop effective account-based marketing tactics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, preferably with an agency or within healthcare or a health system
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a high-performing team
- 5+ years of experience with marketing automation technology, preferably Hubspot
- Must carry a valid driver's license and be able to drive within assigned territory
- Must be able to travel via plane when needed
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required
- Standing or walking for hours at a time and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
- Expertise in creating and executing region-specific marketing plans aligned with local KPIs
- Strong communication skills and experience engaging with executive-level leaders and healthcare decision-makers
- Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional marketing and sales efforts
- Active understanding of the value-based care landscape and partnerships with independent physicians
- Demonstrable experience successfully managing Agile projects
