Figma is a company on a mission to make design accessible to all, and they are seeking a Manager, Field Marketing. This role involves defining the global field marketing vision, building relationships with sales and product teams, and creating systems for measuring marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the global field marketing vision including how we reach and convert accounts
- Architect repeatable, measurable systems for pipeline influence & ROI tracking
- Inspire excellence, foster creative experimentation, and ensure accountability to measurable outcomes across a team
- Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and product. Build deep relationships with regional VPs and senior execs
- Bring data to life by translating complex metrics and campaign outcomes into compelling narratives
- Pilot new program types, technologies, and experiences that expand what field marketing can be
- As our footprint expands, build the operational infrastructure, team structure, and playbooks that allow Figma’s field programs to grow
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B or PLG marketing, with significant time leading field marketing, experiential, or executive experiences at scale
- A track record of building strategic frameworks for measurement and ROI that shaped executive decision-making
- Comfort leading both vision and execution, architecting a global strategy, while not being afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
- Proven success cultivating trusted partnerships with senior sales leaders and executives, with the confidence and poise to influence at the C-level
- Deep experience turning insights into stories - bringing numbers, outcomes, and customer impact to life through clear and inspiring communication
- A growth mindset approach to experimentation, iteration, and constantly look for ways to innovate, automate, and scale
- Experience in a demand generation or account-based marketing position
- Background running customer advisory boards and executive briefing centers
- Experience creating programming and content narratives across event types
