TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, seeking Remote Bilingual French & Spanish Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will assist customers with insurance-related inquiries for auto loans and leases, ensuring compliance and resolving documentation issues.
Responsibilities:
- Make approximately 14 outbound/inbound calls per hour; phone-based role 100% of the day
- Contact customers to resolve insurance discrepancies, such as cancellations, missing documents, or payment issues
- Verify insurance information directly with insurance agents (e.g., confirming deductibles)
- Upload and accurately document information in internal systems
- Leave client‑approved scripted messages when unable to reach agents
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer, client, and company data
- Resolve insurance-related problems and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Process policy documents quickly and accurately
- Assist other departments as needed depending on workflow
- Meet performance expectations for productivity, accuracy, and service quality
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, office, or similar)
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Comfortable working on the phone all day
- Fluent in English and French or Spanish
