Dunkin' - Waunakee is a vibrant franchise dedicated to serving high-quality coffee and food. They are seeking a Shift Leader to support team operations and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example to support team members in delivering outstanding guest service
- Assist in day-to-day operations including food prep, inventory management, and cash handling
- Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve issues with a sense of urgency to ensure high guest satisfaction
- Support the management team in executing store initiatives and meeting operational goals
- Step in for the manager when necessary, making key decisions to keep operations running smoothly
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or retail, with leadership experience considered a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States
