They are seeking a driven and strategic Sales & Market Development Manager to expand their US customer base in the pharmaceutical ingredient market. The role involves managing a portfolio of contract manufacturers and big pharma brands, developing strategic account plans, and driving new business through value-based selling.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on volume, revenue, and profitability targets
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities across product lines
- Lead customer projects from formulation to commercial launch
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations
- Manage key distributors and commercial agreements
- Maintain a robust pipeline and leverage Salesforce to advance sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Life Sciences
- 3+ years of sales experience in Pharma, Nutraceuticals, or Medical Devices
- Proven success in key account management and new business development
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70% across the U.S
