MyRemoteTeam Inc is looking for an experienced Sales Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join a multidisciplinary team focused on developing, evaluating, and improving AI models across the entire sales lifecycle. This role requires deep B2B sales experience to bridge real-world sales expertise with AI model training and evaluation, collaborating closely with AI, Data, and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with AI and Data teams to evaluate models used in prospecting, lead qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
- Identify hallucinations, unnatural phrasing, weak persuasion tactics, and contextual gaps in AI-generated conversations
- Validate AI outputs against real-world sales scenarios and psychological persuasion principles
- Define success metrics for tone, empathy, objection recovery, and deal progression
- Support data annotation and labeling by providing clarity on sales stages (e.g., discovery vs. closing questions)
- Assist in designing prompts and adaptable frameworks for different buyer personas and industries
- Stay updated with sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, CRM technologies, and ethical standards in automated selling
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- 7+ years of core B2B sales experience (Account Executive, Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership)
- Strong understanding of full sales funnel, pipeline management, CRM logic, and sales methodologies
- Analytical mindset — ability to evaluate transcripts and diagnose why conversations succeed or fail
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, or Marketing teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong dialogue sensitivity
