Pickworth GTM is a revenue catalyst for founders, executives, and investors, focusing on high-integrity pipeline creation. The Business Development Representative will engage senior decision-makers to create opportunities and drive revenue outcomes in a high-upside startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Book qualified discovery meetings with senior decision-makers
- Drive outbound volume daily across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
- Research and personalize outreach that earns attention in complex markets
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene across Orum, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Airtable, Slack
- Collaborate tightly with delivery teams to refine targeting and messaging
- Hit and exceed weekly activity, show rate, and pipeline creation targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of B2B SDR/BDR or inside sales experience
- Hands-on experience using dialers such as Orum
- Hands-on experience using sales enablement platforms such as Salesloft and ZoomInfo
- Demonstrated outbound volume discipline
- Confidence speaking with C-suite and clinical stakeholders
- Strong written communication — concise, strategic, direct
- Comfort operating in autonomy and ambiguity
