Jubilant Pharma Limited is seeking an Associate Director for Product Management in Advanced Molecular Imaging. This role focuses on leading the strategic evolution and global expansion of the PET/SPECT portfolio, combining product management expertise with marketing vision to ensure impactful healthcare solutions reach patients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term vision for PET/SPECT products, ensuring competitive positioning in North America and global markets
- Develop pricing and market access strategies that balance profitability and patient reach
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth and innovation opportunities
- Build compelling go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, leveraging NDA, 505(b)(2), and ANDA pathways
- Create branding, trademark, and promotional campaigns that differentiate our products in the molecular imaging space
- Lead cross-functional launch planning with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams
- Drive international growth by tailoring strategies to regional market dynamics
- Collaborate with commercial teams to adapt positioning and promotional strategies for local markets
- Identify strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities to accelerate global reach
- Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on portfolio priorities
- Present strategies to governance teams and influence decision-making at the highest level
- Establish clear performance metrics and ensure timely execution of product initiatives
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Radiopharmaceuticals, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in advanced molecular imaging and/or oncology
- Expertise in market access, reimbursement, and competitive pricing strategies
- Proven success in global product launches and lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of PET/SPECT technologies and radiopharmaceutical distribution networks
- Exceptional communication skills and a creative approach to branding and positioning
- MBA preferred
