Responsibilities:
- Manage program delivery within scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints
- Lead project scope definition, requirements gathering, documentation, and estimation
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and launch plans
- Track milestones, deliverables, and overall execution progress
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks
- Implement contingency planning and mitigation strategies
- Escalate unresolved blockers to appropriate leadership to maintain momentum
- Track defects, feedback items, and ensure closure before launch
- Oversee internal and matrixed teams, including contractors
- Facilitate complex issue resolution across multiple organizational levels
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure clear communication across executives, partners, and delivery teams
- Maintain accurate and consistent progress reporting
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation
- Drive accountability through structured follow-ups and execution tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project estimation, scheduling, and tracking
- Strong background in customer engagement and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and support team development
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale environments
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong risk assessment and issue management capabilities
- Ability to quickly understand complex business processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
