Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Sales Account Manager (Hunter) with a strong background in new logo acquisition within the Automotive industry, specifically selling Enterprise IT Services and SAP / ERP solutions. The role focuses on pipeline creation, prospecting, and closing new Automotive enterprise accounts, with priority given to candidates who have managed or sold into Big-3 OEMs.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end new business development: prospect → qualify → pitch → close
- Drive new logo acquisition across: Automotive OEMs (primary focus), Tier-1 / Tier-2 suppliers, Mobility and manufacturing ecosystem players
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound motions: Cold calling, Email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, Industry networking & events
- Leverage existing relationships within GM, Ford, or Stellantis to generate opportunities
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft winning SAP-led IT services proposals
- Develop account plans, target lists, and GTM strategies aligned to SAP + Automotive transformation programs
- Lead commercial negotiations, including MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, and pricing
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Track competitors, customer pain points, and Automotive IT transformation trends
Requirements:
- Proven Enterprise IT Services selling experience (NOT software license-only sales)
- Direct relationship management or account ownership with at least ONE of the Big 3 Automotive OEMs: General Motors (GM), Ford Motor Company, Stellantis
- 5–12+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong hunter profile
- Demonstrated success selling Enterprise IT Services (SAP / ERP focus preferred)
- Direct selling experience or managed relationships with GM, Ford, or Stellantis (mandatory)
- Proven new logo acquisition in the Automotive domain
- Strong ability to engage C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders (IT & Business)
- Deep understanding of IT services sales cycles: RFP / RFI, Proposals, MSAs / SOWs
- Comfortable working across EST & CST time zones
- Strong presentation, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
