CDW is a leading multi-brand provider of information technology solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Manager, Google Customer Success (Education) to own their Google business in the Education sector. This role involves leading strategy and execution across various Google products, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving pipeline growth and customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Google Education business at CDW and establish multi-year strategies
- Design and run national sales initiatives and campaigns
- Partner with GCS/Education Presales to govern renewal engines and communications
- Act as primary point of contact for Google Education
- Align cross-functional teams to support service attach and delivery quality
- Lead and develop a high-performing Google Customer Success team
- Deliver scorecards, updates, and present at Education events
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Education technology roles; 3+ years of people leadership
- Demonstrated success with Google Education solutions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Data-driven operator comfortable with forecasts and metrics
- Bachelor's degree, a plus
- Direct OEM/ISV relationship experience, a plus
- Public sector/education experience, a plus
