Product Design Intern

SideKix HQ Inc. is dedicated to empowering individuals to realize their entrepreneurial ideas by providing personalized support and resources. The Product Design Intern will work on designing mobile and web app screens, creating prototypes, and collaborating with the team on product features.

Responsibilities:

• Designing Mobile App screens, Web App screens and flows in Figma
• Creating interactive prototypes that feel close to the real experience
• Building and maintaining components, variants, and simple design systems
• Designing micro-interactions and animations to improve usability and clarity
• Collaborating directly with the founder and developers on real product decisions
• Iterating quickly based on feedback, constraints, and user needs

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Components, Auto Layout, prototyping
• Interest in product design, not just visuals
• Comfort designing for mobile apps, not just websites
• Curiosity about UX, interaction design, and motion
• Ability to explain your design decisions (you don't need to be perfect — just thoughtful)
• Someone who wants real portfolio work, not résumé padding
