They are seeking a highly skilled Business & Data Analyst leader to support a strategic transformation of the client financial workflow, focusing on business requirements, process redesign, and analytical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering across multiple functional areas (Finance, Operations, Accounting, Sales/Account Management)
- Translate strategic objectives into clear business needs, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Partner with process owners to redesign workflows and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Analyze complex financial, operational, and client data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for optimization
- Develop data models, business rules, and analytical frameworks to support forecasting, reporting, and performance measurement
- Validate data quality and work with technical teams to ensure data integrity across systems
- Collaborate with engineers, AI solution teams, and business partners to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Contribute to the design of AI-enabled use cases, automation logic, and decision-support tools
- Participate in testing strategies, including UAT, data validation, workflow verification, and defect resolution
- Serve as a key liaison between business teams and technology teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across program leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables adhere to program timelines, governance standards, and quality benchmarks
- Support the Director of Program Delivery in milestone planning, prioritization, and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
- 4 + years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process transformation within large-scale organizations
- Experience supporting enterprise programs involving system modernization, workflow redesign, automation, or data/AI-enabled capabilities
- Strong background in financial workflow processes, operational analytics, and cross-functional business engagement
- Experience working with global teams
- Expertise in business requirements documentation, process mapping, and workflow design
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms) and familiarity with modern data technologies
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
