Consensys is the leading blockchain and web3 software company, and they are seeking a strategic, data-informed, and user-obsessed Product Marketing Lead to shape the growth and positioning of MetaMask’s Prediction Markets and Trading experiences. In this role, you will define and execute GTM strategy, craft product narratives, and partner closely with various teams to influence MetaMask’s business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute end to end GTM strategy for Prediction Markets and Trading across global markets > from opportunity sizing and positioning to launch and lifecycle optimization
- Partner with Product Leads to shape roadmap priorities grounded in user behavior, regulatory context, and competitive trends across sports betting, sports tech, and gambling
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to Product and Growth, ensuring user needs and market realities guide decision making
- Influence long term product strategy and monetization models through segmentation, market research, and competitive intelligence across both web3 and traditional betting ecosystems
- Lead product and feature launches with narratives tailored to bettors, sports fans, market speculators, and emerging onchain users
- Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase awareness, activation, and repeat usage across Prediction Markets and Trading funnels
- Collaborate with Growth and Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities within user journeys, and translate insights into programs that move key metrics (eg conversion, liquidity, market depth, volume)
- Ensure strong testing, measurement, and iteration across all programs
- Strengthen MetaMask’s reputation as a trusted, innovative, and user first brand in the onchain prediction markets space
- Lead or support education, community, and influencer (KOL) programs that build confidence among betting and prediction market audiences entering web3
- Ensure consistent storytelling across all surfaces, from lifecycle communications to content and brand campaigns
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in prediction markets, sports betting, gambling or sports tech
- Proven success leading complex product launches and lifecycle program with measurable results
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to simplify complex products into clear narratives that resonate with betting or market oriented users
- Analytical, experiment minded, and comfortable using data to inform decisions
- Excellent cross functional communication, influence, and project leadership
- Genuine curiosity about or experience with web3, DeFi, or onchain user behavior — or enthusiasm to apply prediction market expertise to a crypto environment
