US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm, and they are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support Advisory Services and Technical Support Services within the client’s Success & Services portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving awareness and expansion of the services portfolio and in positioning the client as a strategic partner for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive research to inform solution positioning and messaging
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with executive audiences and differentiates our products in the market
- Develop high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership pieces
- Create and deliver impactful sales enablement materials, including training sessions, sales decks, and competitive battle cards; Create and execute marketing and enablement programs that increase services awareness, pipeline, and attach — including core sales plays, pitch narratives, and customer‑ready assets for enterprise buyers
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with the Account Based Marketing team to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Atlassian’s solutions
- Support customer engagements by ensuring our exec briefing content repository is up to date and gather feedback; Represent the voice of customers, Sales, and SSAs in how we evolve the services portfolio and narrative
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for
- Build and maintain a concise, high‑impact “bill of materials” for services (web and WAC content, decks, one‑pagers, and proof points) that field teams can easily find, use, and tailor
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on running campaigns to an executive audience
- Proven experience launching products or features and driving meaningful customer adoption
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- B2B SaaS product marketing experience, strong GTM discipline, and a bias for partnering with field teams
- Strategic thinker who can also dive into execution with strong writing and communication skills
- Experience working on horizontal product capabilities or platform experiences is a plus Bonus
