Skylum is a Ukrainian company that allows millions of photographers to make incredible images faster with their award-winning software. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth for their mobile applications by managing the marketing strategy and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Blended ROAS ≥ 1.3x for the Mobile PPC channel
- Launch at least 2 new efficient user acquisition channels (e.g., TikTok Ads, mobile CPA networks, native advertising, etc.)
- Establish a unified marketing reporting system for mobile apps across all acquisition channels and ensure its ongoing stability and reliability
- Develop growth planning and forecasting
- Optimize the existing web-to-app funnel and launch additional experiments (landings/microlandings, offers, flows) tailored by GEO and segments, scaling what proves effective
- Ensure accurate tracking and measurement of growth initiatives
- Establish and oversee tracking processes (MMP, SKAN, events, conversions) and maintain high data quality standards
- Build an insights base and knowledge system
- Conduct competitor and user analysis, translate insights into experiment hypotheses, and maintain a structured test database with conclusions and playbooks
Requirements:
- Leadership – Coach and challenge teams; ready to lead the largest Marketing sub-department
- Performance Marketing Expert – Advanced expertise in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Affiliate channels
- Mobile Marketing Expert – Strong knowledge of mobile attribution, MMPs, and subscription monetization levers (paywall, onboarding, trials) impacting CR, ARPPU, LTV, and ROAS
- Growth Ownership & Business Mindset – Sets goals, drives execution, and makes profitability-focused decisions based on unit economics
- Web-to-App (W2A) Specialist – Proven track record in building and scaling web-to-app funnels
- Analytical Skills – Solid expertise in unit economics and hands-on experience with Tableau, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, and ad platform analytics
- Agility & Speed – Quickly adapts to market changes and aligns teams accordingly
- Team Collaboration – Leads cross-functional initiatives and delivers measurable results
- AI Literacy – Proficient in 2+ AI tools for marketing, research, or productivity
