Senior Manager, Product Performance

The Senior Manager, Product Performance is responsible for driving product performance across multiple lines of business, overseeing product analysis and improvement initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to set strategic goals for the department.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors and manages commercial product portfolio performance for the segment(s), refreshes strategy and puts in place improvement measures as needed to achieve financial plan targets
• Support and execute strategies to manage cost structure and deliver competitively priced and compliant products to improve profit and loss statement performance, including tracking programs to manage medical costs, unit costs, and selling costs
• Support and collaborate with cross-functional leadership team to define and execute strategic priorities to ensure success of product
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with corporate leadership team and health plan leaders
• Evaluate enhancements to products to assess how they support strategic plan, membership enrollment and retention targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years of experience leveraging analysis to develop and manage initiatives to improve financial performance required
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Prior experience in finance, data analysis, or actuarial services preferred
• Experience in healthcare administration and/or managed care including, but not limited to, health plan, provider, or health systems preferred
