The Account Executive role involves providing personalized life insurance information and conducting suitability analyses to match customers with appropriate products.
Responsibilities:
- Our agents provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information, along with the convenience of handling everything right over the phone
- No cold call or prospecting, our potential customer call us directly or request quotes online
- Your role involves conducting suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products
- You demonstrate your success as a top performer with a strong work ethic and swiftly establish rapport with clients and address objections
- You are on a fast track to achieve monthly production goals while articulating our value proposition and adopting a consultative approach
- You take action in building product knowledge to build success in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail
- Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training)
