Healthcare Fraud Shield is a leading provider of innovative fraud, waste, and abuse solutions for healthcare insurance payers. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and implementing client installations and projects, managing timelines, and coordinating teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple installation projects concurrently
- Organize and lead internal and external project meetings to discuss project goals, deliverables, and progress
- Create, maintain, and adjust project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, daily updates, and more
- Consider staff / departmental resources for projects
- Coordinate project team members both internally and externally as needed
- Apply strong project management and organizational skills to implementation processes
- Provide regular status updates to both internal staff and client resources
- Manage project schedules and timelines in project management software and other company project templates
- Understand and comply with all company Privacy and Security standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years project management experience preferred, ideally supporting efforts to configure and customize a system or product
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
- Project management and leadership skills for managing multiple concurrent projects and the teams involved
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal and external team members and management
- Impeccable organization and attention to detail in all documentation and correspondence both internally and externally
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
- Impeccable organization, documentation, and time management skills to keep projects on track
- Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
- Understand and comply with all company Privacy and Security standards
