The role involves providing personalized life insurance information to customers, conducting suitability analyses, and achieving production goals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information
- Conduct suitability analyses to match customers across the United States with the right life insurance products
- Demonstrate success as a top performer with a strong work ethic and swiftly establish rapport with clients and address objections
- Achieve monthly production goals while articulating our value proposition and adopting a consultative approach
- Build product knowledge to succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in a Windows environment with keen attention to detail
- Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license & reside in state (company-paid training)
