Consilio LLC is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Business Developer to drive adoption of their Digital Enterprise Platform, which is designed to transform eDiscovery and analytics for global corporations and top-tier law firms. This role involves leading technical discussions, crafting tailored solutions, and building strong relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on Consilio’s Digital Enterprise Platform, including features, integrations, and business impact
- Lead technical conversations during sales calls, demos, and proposal meetings
- Collaborate with Sales Directors, engineers, product teams and other internal subject matter experts to design client-specific solutions
- Present complex technology in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Qualify prospects, manage a robust pipeline of opportunities from identification through close, and execute strategic outreach using CRM tools
- Balance the need to close business quickly while concurrently working with clients consultatively to identify client needs and match them with service offerings
- Grow relationships with existing clients while maintaining an active calendar of new client meetings
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS sales, ideally in eDiscovery, legal tech, data analytics, or related fields
- Ability to engage confidently with CTOs, legal operations professionals, and procurement teams
- A consultative sales approach—skilled at listening, assessing needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Proven discipline developing and effectively executing detailed target account plans, penetration strategies and pipeline management strategies
- A demonstrable and documented track record of predictably, consistency, and the over-achievement of revenue targets in a solution-oriented sales cycle
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, data privacy, or compliance tools is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Experience selling eDiscovery or document review solutions
- Exposure to enterprise-scale technology environments or integrated services
- Existing network within legal or corporate IT circles
