World Wide Technology is a global technology solutions provider leading the AI and Digital Revolution. The role involves enabling and supporting field sellers to drive market adoption for AWS Public Sector, engaging with enterprise customers, and executing joint technology and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key cross-functional role in the creation of new cloud campaigns around growing AWS Public Sector business
- Deliver AWS-centric messaging across the global field organization to drive opportunities
- Work with multiple sales and technical teams within both WWT and AWS to define and execute joint technology, marketing and sales initiatives
- Engage field sales organizations, establish interlocks with WWT sales teams to create and drive revenue opportunities
- Execute on activity targets and work with WWT sales organizations to achieve/exceed goals. Create and execute the team's business plan with key internal stakeholders (e.g., service teams etc.)
- Identify joint customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition for using WWT
- Ensure that WWT is AWS’s preferred partner in selected public sector topic areas
- Develop and manage internal enablement calendar for educating account teams. Coordinate resources to present on relevant topics and enable sales teams to hunt for opportunities
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team
Requirements:
- Ideally, the candidate should have at 3-7 years of applicable public sector experience
- This candidate should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business outcomes, product, and technical challenges, as well as build and convey compelling value propositions in a simplified manner
