Wiz is a leading company in cloud security, empowering businesses to thrive in the cloud. They are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline generation from digital marketing channels and support international expansion efforts, particularly in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with channel experts to execute strategy and drive investment across our digital channels (Paid Search, Paid Social) across international markets (with focus on EMEA)
- Own and support international digital marketing budget allocation and report on performance and pipeline targets
- Adapt to local language, content themes, messaging, and creative to support pipeline creation in target markets
- Grow a database of decision-makers in top accounts to ensure marketing aircover to high-value prospects
- Map and prioritize our TAM using a combination of first and third party sources, own target list creation in partnership with local BDR and Sales partners for target markets for use across our digital channels
- Analyze lead conversion and ROI and maximize top converting lead sources to support BDR and Sales efforts
- Help grow our international strategy across established and emerging markets with local platforms and partners to supplement our global investments
- Provide visibility to sales leadership and sales ecosystem in region (i.e quarterly business reviews, digital roadmap, regional updates)
- Design and execute local campaigns: full lifecycle ownership from ideation through to implementation and support
- Collaborate closely with field marketing and sales leaders across regions to ensure alignment and prioritization of digital marketing efforts for success
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation role
- Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads) and tactics
- Experience running advertising campaigns to international geos, and familiarity with the nuances in targeting, channel and content strategy across different geos
- Experience partnering with Business Development and Sales and owning a pipeline target
- Experience partnering with creative and localization teams to support international campaigns
- Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset to maximize ROAS
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and scaling to $1MPQ+ in ad spend
- Bias towards aggressive experimentation and innovation to drive incremental performance
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
- Bonus: fluency in one or more non-English languages
