Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support patients and healthcare providers by managing communications and resolving issues related to prescription orders and payments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound patient and provider communications via phone, email, and chat
- Assist patients with prescription-related questions, order status, shipping confirmations, and payment processing
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls for order completion, payment collection, and information verification
- Issue replacements, refunds, and payment links as needed
- Route complex inquiries to appropriate internal teams or pharmacy staff
- Maintain accurate documentation across multiple systems while managing live interactions
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines, company policies, and departmental SOPs
- Meet productivity, quality, and service-level performance metrics
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Experience handling high-volume phone environments (30–50 calls per day)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple platforms while assisting customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including rotating weekends and occasional holidays
- Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, quiet workspace
- Experience with Genesys or similar call center platforms
- Pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated industry experience
- Bilingual Spanish - Must
