Requirements:
- Proficiency in Sales, Sales Operations, and delivering exceptional customer acquisition results
- Experience in Sales Management and Team Management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to provide Training and mentorship to develop and motivate team members effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry or SaaS sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
