ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. They are seeking an ABM-focused growth marketer to build pipeline for the ElevenLabs Agents Platform by progressing enterprise named accounts through strategic and creative marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution for 1:1 and 1:few account-based plays across a defined set of target accounts
- Increase stakeholder engagement
- Accelerate stage progression
- Grow the percentage of named accounts that convert into opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineers to translate account insights into revenue impact
- Research accounts and buying committees
- Identify triggers and intent signals
- Turn those signals into sharp hypotheses about customer needs
- Build and iterate the assets and motions that move accounts forward
- Create role-based messaging, landing pages and account-specific narratives, outbound collateral and sequences, demo storylines tailored to the account, and paid campaign creative
- Set up measurement to understand what’s working
- Report on account progression and pipeline impact
- Iterate quickly to improve performance across your target list
Requirements:
- ABM ownership - has built and run ABM programs for enterprise/named accounts
- Account + industry research - strong ability to research target accounts, identify triggers/intent, and synthesize insights into clear hypotheses and plays
- Hands-on creative execution - can personally create polished messaging, outbound collateral/sequences, landing pages, and paid creative tailored to accounts
- Buying committee fluency - can map stakeholders and craft role-based messaging across technical, security, and business decision-makers
- Narrative + demo positioning - can turn account context into compelling POVs and demo storylines that support enterprise evaluation
- Analytical + iterative - designs tests and optimizes based on ABM outcomes (engaged accounts, meetings, opportunity creation/velocity)
- Cross-functional operator + high ownership - aligns execution with AEs/SDRs and FDEs, operates autonomously, and holds a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact
- Familiarity with ABM measurement (account engagement, multi-threading, stage progression, influenced pipeline)
