Group Product Manager, Growth & CRM

Mindbody is a company that equips wellness entrepreneurs with technology to support thriving businesses and create exceptional experiences. They are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the evolution of their current point solutions into a unified, world-class CRM, focusing on both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 3 Product Managers
• Directly lead a dedicated squad to envision, build, and launch a unified CRM
• Partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to package, price, and position the CRM solution for maximum market impact
• Work with other product and platform teams to ensure the CRM is deeply integrated into the broader Playlist ecosystem

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a hands-on PM, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products from 0 to 1 and scaling them
• At least 3 years of experience managing Senior PMs
• Deep understanding of client growth lifecycles and marketing systems
• Ability to analyze complex situations, generate nuanced strategic plans, and think end-to-end—from customer opportunity to product design and architecture to distribution and revenue
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate collaboratively
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI into products to solve real-world user problems
