Questex is a leading global events, media, and business information company, and they are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to support integrated marketing campaigns across experiential technology brands and events. The role focuses on driving attendee registration and supporting revenue goals through multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support attendee acquisition and revenue growth for in-person and virtual events
- Assist sales teams with sponsorship collateral and marketing support
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, PR, and advertising
- Develop marketing assets including messaging, promotional emails, and social content
- Analyze campaign performance and benchmark results for strategic growth
- Coordinate with production, audience development, operations, and internal teams
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools and email service providers
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- B2B media or events experience preferred
- Preferred experience with HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and marketing automation tools
