Spot AI is building the future of intelligent operations by transforming video surveillance into actionable insights for businesses. The Sales Manager, Channel and Partnerships will drive revenue through partnerships and develop strategies for market activation, while collaborating with various teams to enhance deployment and customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a repeatable channel and partnerships sales motion to drive revenue through both traditional and non-traditional partners
- Identify and activate new routes to market, including white-label and OEM relationships
- Travel frequently to build relationships, close deals, and generate momentum across our partner ecosystem
- Lead the entire sales cycle from outbound outreach and discovery, to structuring partnership terms, to enabling successful deployment
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop the materials and messaging needed to scale this motion
- Serve as the frontline voice of Spot AI with partners—building trust, driving adoption, and ultimately delivering customer value
- Operate with extreme accountability by owning pipeline, progress, and results with a founder's mentality
Requirements:
- You bring experience in sales. Whether channel, partnerships, business development or enterprise sales, you have a successful track record of at least 3 years driving revenue through others
