Tanium is a leader in real-time cloud-based endpoint management and security solutions. The Field & ABM Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing initiatives, develop targeted Account-Based Marketing programs, and collaborate across teams to enhance sales enablement and campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategies with quarterly pipeline and revenue goals
- Design and execute targeted ABM programs (1:few, 1:many) to engage priority new business accounts, moving them through the funnel with personalized, multi-touch campaigns
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, Events, and Alliances) to deliver multi-channel programs including email, webinars, direct mail, digital ads, and field events
- Plan and host high-impact regional events that drive mid-funnel engagement and accelerate sales cycles
- Use data-driven insights and industry best practices to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across channels and accounts
- Ensure tight coordination with Sales on campaign execution, lead follow-up, and feedback loops. Advocate for sales needs and keep stakeholders informed on marketing priorities
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to execute and track campaigns independently
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with a strong background in field marketing and ABM
- Proven success in building and executing demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and functions
- Experience with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel (~20–25%)
