Program Manager Clinical Innovation Business Insights

Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system that empowers its associates to reimagine healthcare. The Program Manager will support the evaluation and strategic fit for new innovations or technology, develop analyses related to market conditions, and advance priority initiatives by establishing governance structures and aligning stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support the evaluation and strategic fit for new innovations or technology that aligns with Ascension’s Mission, Strategic Plan and Clinical Transformation portfolio
• Develop analyses related to ministry market strategic positioning, market conditions, service line growth, competitor actions, and volume/market share trends
• Support development of business plans and financial pro formas, and evaluate program economics to determine return on investment and financial sustainability
• Rapidly advance priority initiatives by establishing governance structures, aligning stakeholders, and implementing clear program structure and execution plans
• Support administration of innovation tournaments by sourcing ideas across the organization, evaluating submissions, and helping identify high-yield opportunities

Requirements:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• 5+ years of data analysis and research
• Strong technical skills
• Experience in strategy consulting and research
