About this role
NTT DATA is a leading business and technology services provider, and they are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager to support a civilian federal agency. This role involves leading Oracle E-Business Suite migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring compliance with federal security and governance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of Oracle EBS 12.2 migration projects to OCI
- Control project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Ensure project execution aligns with federal security, compliance, and audit standards
- Provide regular status reports, deliverables, and executive briefings
- Support testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations
Requirements:
- Master's degree, Education Equivalency: One-and-one-half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-vendor projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project governance, risk management, and federal reporting
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading an on premise to cloud application migration
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder who possesses a Public Trust clearance
- Proven experience managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 environments
- Strong understanding of EBS 12.2 architecture
