Stage 4 Solutions is a global storage technology company seeking a Technical Business Development Manager for their Storage/AI Solution. This role focuses on driving the Go-To-Market strategy for a joint solution with Intel, acting as a technical bridge to enable partners in deploying AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic GTM Execution: Lead the GTM strategy specifically for the joint AI solution, ensuring alignment with Intel’s sales and technical teams
- Partner Technical Enablement: Act as the subject matter expert to train and enable partners on Intel-based AI technologies, including Intel® Xeon® 6 processors and Intel® AMX
- End-to-End Partner Support: Provide hands-on technical guidance to partners through the sales cycle, from initial discovery to deployment
- Collaborative Workshops: Facilitate joint solution workshops and high-impact technical demonstrations to showcase the power of the joint solution
- Market Intelligence: Gather real-world insights from live system deployments to identify market trends and competitive advantages
- Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the partner" to identify and relay critical feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams for roadmap optimization
- AI/MLOps Mastery: Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of AI/MLOps workflows, focusing on how the joint solution simplifies the AI pipeline and represent to a set of focused AI partners
- Full-Stack Integration: Demonstrate expertise in the Storage and Intel tech stack, with specific focus and ability to personally deploy and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Intel AI for Enterprise RAG, and the OPEA software stack
- Data Management Excellence: Leverage comprehensive knowledge of storage operating system to show partners how to manage, protect, and version data for AI workloads
- Engagement & Success Metrics: Manage and drive partner engagement levels. Define and report on key success metrics to ensure partners are meeting their growth targets and commitments
- Executive Presentations: Deliver high-level technical presentations to C-suite stakeholders and technical leads to assist partners with customer facing conversations from pre-sales to post sales engagements
- Requires 40% to 50% travel to present to partners and customers
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Technical Business Development, Systems Engineering, or Solution Architecture within the storage or AI industry
- Strong background in AI inferencing, RAG systems, and Kubernetes integration
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts into 'business-value' language for partners and customers
- Proven track record of working across organizations (NetApp, Intel, and Channel Partners) to drive a unified goal
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with Intel-based hardware acceleration
- MBA is a plus
