HireBoost is seeking a Social Media & Content Performance Strategist to manage and scale both client and internal brand accounts through data-driven content execution. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of content performance, including strategy development, production oversight, distribution, analytics, and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple social media accounts (client and internal) with full ownership of performance and growth
- Develop platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok aligned with business objectives
- Translate long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, and YouTube videos into short-form assets designed for reach, retention, and engagement
- Create content briefs, scripts, captions, and publishing plans to guide creative production
- Coordinate execution with editors, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery meets strategic intent
- Oversee podcast distribution strategy and identify high-impact clips for audience growth across platforms
- Track and analyze performance metrics including engagement, watch time, reach, and audience growth
- Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Continuously test hooks, formats, and messaging to improve content effectiveness
- Maintain visual and brand consistency by reviewing or creating assets using Canva and collaborating with design teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts or digital content portfolios
- Demonstrated understanding of Meta, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms and performance drivers
- Experience managing both brand-owned and client-facing accounts simultaneously
- Proven ability to execute content from concept through performance analysis
- Experience working with podcast-driven or long-form content ecosystems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy
- Portfolio required, including examples of content, accounts managed, and performance outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality or deadlines
- Strong communication skills when directing creative teams and stakeholders
- High level of organization and execution discipline
- Detail-oriented with strong visual judgment
- Ownership mindset with accountability for results, not just deliverables
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (Marketing emphasis), or related field
