Uniguest is the global leader in providing highly secure, fully managed customer-facing technology solutions. The Project Manager will oversee project scope, budget, and timeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Uniguest teams through preparation and delivery of technical specifications, presentations and statements of work specific to client requirements with effective technical solutions
- Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective action if necessary
- Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project or multiple projects
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery
- Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients' needs as appropriate to senior management. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
- Develop end-user documentation and internal documentation as needed
- Maintain timely project documentation per Uniguest processes
- Consistently communicates progress, obstacles, and growth opportunities to manager and/or director
- Assist in preparing department reporting and analysis when necessary
- Participate as needed in consultations, product capabilities, and needs assessments with clients
- Use appropriate judgement in communications regarding the department or employee concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent military/professional experience
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Prior technical project management experience
- PMP Certification is a plus as well as prior experience in Presales, Professional Services, or Enterprise Product Implementation in a SaaS environment
- Experience in hospitality or digital signage
- Finds joy in delivering positive outcomes to clients

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff

- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
