They are seeking a highly strategic Program Manager to lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives within their Product organization, driving the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of cross-functional programs. This role will collaborate with leaders across various teams to shape the company's product strategy and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program design, planning, governance, and execution for high-impact initiatives
- Establish success metrics and track progress against strategic objectives, KPIs, and milestones
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across teams and remove barriers to execution
- Design scalable processes and frameworks that improve how the organization discovers, evaluates, builds, and launches products
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure new practices are adopted and embedded into the daily workflow
- Develop templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to enable consistency and excellence
- Drive executive-level meetings, steering committees, and decision forums
- Prepare high-quality executive summaries, dashboards, and board-ready updates
- Ensure decision-making is supported with clear data, tradeoffs, and recommendations
- Act as a connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Customer teams
- Build trusted relationships and influence without authority to drive alignment and accountability
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with diplomacy and clarity
- Lead communication, training, and change management plans to ensure wide organizational adoption of new processes
- Act as an internal champion for modern product practices, raising the bar on how teams evaluate and deliver product value
- Identify resistance points and partner with leaders to drive cultural and operational change
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in SaaS program management, product strategy, product ops, business operations, or management consulting
- Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of SaaS product development, operating models, and organizational dynamics
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear insights; proficiency with Excel/BI tools and platforms like Aha!, Jira, or Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align multiple teams without authority
- Strategic thinker + operator: Can translate high-level objectives into practical, repeatable execution frameworks
- Program leadership mastery: Skilled at planning, executing, and tracking multi-workstream initiatives
- Executive communication: Clear, concise storytelling tailored for executive audiences
- Cross-functional influence: Builds strong relationships and drives consensus across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance
- Change leadership: Drives adoption of new processes, behaviors, and operating models with confidence and diplomacy
- Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product Strategy, or innovation/portfolio governance
- Background in high-growth, multi-product, or private-equity-backed SaaS environments
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; able to influence without authority
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a high sense of ownership and accountability
- Exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality execution
- Fast learner with strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for modernizing product practices
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, Lean, or similar disciplines are a plus
