Netwrix Corporation is dedicated to revolutionizing data security by focusing on identity. The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will lead the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with sales to create demand generation content while managing a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research - Acquire and possess in-depth knowledge of our target markets, segments, buyer personas, competitors, and partners via primary and secondary market research. Educate the company on market requirements, trends, and competitor capabilities
- Engage with customers & sales frequently and intently; be the customer advocate within Netwrix, bringing the voice of customer to the product messaging
- Positioning & Messaging – Create and continuously articulate the story of our Identity portfolio, develop compelling positioning and differentiation and ensure this messaging is reflected in marketing, sales, and other assets
- Competitive Strategy – Develop competitive insight that supports internal sellers and partners in engaging with their accounts and helps the content team create accurate and compelling customer-facing competitive content
- Go-to-Market Strategy - Develop integrated marketing and launch plans in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales
- Sales Enablement - Support our sales enablement efforts as a thought leader and subject matter expert and deliver educational and inspiring presentations internally and externally
- Support and coach the team to be the best they can be
- Own additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product roles, showing impactful results in areas such as go-to-market strategy, narrative building, storytelling and revenue growth
- Bachelor's required: MBA preferred
- Outstanding communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to influence across organizations
- Experience in Identity, Governance, and Access areas of cybersecurity strongly preferred
