Velastra is an HR consultancy firm that offers a Sales Leadership Development Program for entry level professionals. Participants will rotate through Marketing and Sales positions over a 2-year period to develop their skills as Sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and develop as a Sales professional by rotating through Marketing and Sales positions across our company within a 2-year period
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or greater in Business, Economics, Sales or Communication
- Ability to adapt quickly to new business units, teams, and environments during rotational transitions
- Quickly grasp complex solutions and communicate technical details clearly to support sales efforts
- Must have strong analytical skills and proven ability to effectively conduct in-depth research, identify trends and summarize information on a variety of subjects
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Good written and verbal communications skills to multiple audiences
- Strong presentation skills – both creating content and delivering message
- Ability to get things done utilizing individual and team strengths
- A willingness and ability to work across organizational boundaries
