Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business growth priorities
- Translate complex service offerings into clear, compelling messaging for specific buyer personas
- Conduct industry and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation
- Advise internal stakeholders on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and excellence in execution
- Partner with sales and practice leaders to align marketing with pipeline and revenue goals
- Integrate sales insights and customer feedback into campaign planning
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to equip sales teams with campaign assets, messaging frameworks, and enablement tools for effective prospect engagement
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) and key account initiatives with tailored strategies and content
- Oversee the full lifecycle of campaign deployment—from ideation to activation across digital, email, social, web, and events
- Ensure all campaign elements tell a unified story to drive audience engagement
- Collaborate with content creators to deliver high-quality, audience-centric creative
- Lead the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events as part of integrated campaigns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop event concepts aligned with campaign objectives and target audience needs
- Partner with the Project Manager to deliver campaigns on time, on brand, and with measurable impact
- Define success metrics and build dashboards to track campaign performance
- Analyze results to uncover insights and optimize strategies in real time
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating marketing business impact
- Evolve campaign management processes for effective collaboration across teams
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or enterprise sales environments
- Proven leader of teams executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive results
- Strategist with strong understanding of demand generation, ABM principles, audience segmentation, and buyer persona development
- Skilled storyteller who distills complex topics into clear, compelling messages
- Experienced in aligning marketing with sales cycles, lead stages, and business goals
- Proficient in campaign strategy, content development, project management, and event execution
- Familiar with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
