About this role
Monogram Health is a leading multispecialty provider of in-home, evidence-based care for complex patients. The Senior Director of Analytics Engineering will align data across various departments to support Value-Based Care contracts and oversee the development of DataMart for operational and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data engineers, developers, and analysts in the design, development, and maintenance of the DataMart (Gold Layer) for business and operational support
- Lead the design, development, and execution of the membership eligibility and lead generation process for populations attributed to Monogram through Value-Based Care contracts
- Design and operationalize performance monitoring tools and capabilities for dashboards (internal and client-facing), internal management reporting and board reporting
- Partner with our Implementations and Client Partnership teams on achieving successful client implementations
- Partner with departments such as IT and Finance in ensuring appropriate data structure and reporting
- Create an environment conducive to growth by creating scalable and flexible solutions to data challenges
Requirements:
- 8+ years previous experience working in a Value-Based Care provider group and/or health plan
- Experience working with standard software development processes (e.g. developing within Scrum framework)
- Experience in data engineering to support analytics use cases
- Experience in coaching, leading and hiring a top performing team
- Highly proficient in SQL
- Expertise in healthcare claims and healthcare operational data analysis
- Project Management experience
- Cloud computing experience
