Fidium Fiber is a leading company in the telecommunications industry focused on expanding its network and product offerings. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for making outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers and generating appointments for sales executives, while also upselling to existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound telemarketing prospective customer
- Understand and communicate knowledge of all products and/or services
- Schedule appointments for Account Executives to meet with prospective customers
- Work with Director, Sales Leadership and Account Executives to create prospecting targets
- Perform any and all administrative tasks & ensuring documentation is completed in a full and accurate manner
- Meet company standards and sales objectives pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis
- Perform all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliant with policies and procedures
- Service as a product evangelist across the Fidium community
- Collaborate with Base Management, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing to uncover additional customer needs
- Ensure company-wide transparency into product discovery and delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associates degree
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with storytelling expertise
- Experience with cold calling, telemarketing and delivering products that drive customer satisfaction
- Proven track record in a Sales environment
