KPG99 INC is seeking a Payroll Project Manager to oversee payroll operations and system implementations. The role requires a strong background in payroll project management and compliance, with a focus on leading large-scale transformations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of payroll project management experience
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Dayforce and/or Lawson payroll systems
- Strong background in payroll operations and compliance management
- Proven success leading payroll system implementations or large-scale payroll transformations
- Ability to confidently present to executive leadership
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience managing multi-entity, multi-state, or international payroll environments
