Responsibilities:
- Responds to inbound inquiries from web submissions, demo requests, events, and referrals in a timely and professional manner
- Leads structured discovery conversations to understand prospect goals, requirements, timelines, and overall fit
- Qualifies inbound leads based on established criteria and internal processes
- Schedules meetings and coordinate seamless handoffs to Sales Representatives or senior sales team members
- Maintains accurate and complete records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system
- Ensures clear and consistent transitions of qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Conducts ongoing follow-up with inbound prospects to support progression through the early stages of the sales process
- Collaborates with sales, marketing, and client success teams to support pipeline growth and operational efficiency
