The Sr Staff Outbound Product Manager will shape product direction, empower internal teams, and enhance customer experiences by leveraging insights and driving implementation of AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Influence: Turn customer insights into action by shaping how internal teams and Partner implementers unlock AI capabilities and deploy best practices
- AI Go-to-Market Champion: Arm scale teams with the insights and materials they need to win, then amplify our product suite through high-impact enablement events
- Customer Voice Amplifier: Translate what customers need into product development that hits the mark every time
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends, leverage cutting-edge tools, and drive product strategies that boost usability and eliminate adoption barriers
- Program Orchestrator: Curate and orchestrate executive communications, trend analytics, and presentation material for on-demand access to key material and deliverable timelines
Requirements:
- 12+ years as a Product Manager, Program Manager, Product Owner, Consultant, or Analyst at a software product company
- MBA or Master's degree is a plus
- You thrive in collaboration, craft executive-ready communications, and orchestrate project plans that deliver
- Expertise in ITSM/HRSD/CSM/GBS, with the agility to rapidly absorb new technical concepts
- You understand the customer journey landscape, the tools that shape it, and what it takes to build an AI-first culture
- Solid grasp of AI fundamentals, with hands-on knowledge of GenAI and LLMs
- You balance ambition with reality, weighing technical feasibility against strategic impact to make decisions that move the needle
- Equally comfortable commanding a room of hundreds or connecting one-on-one with customers
- You think strategically, adapt quickly, and communicate with clarity and impact
